Rules advisorship!

As of 4:44 am, EST, I have finally gotten around to taking the DCI rules advisor test, and passed with flying colors!

Now for the question I can't answer correctly - why am I still awake?
• I'm an idiot.
• I'm old, grumpy, and this is that hour in the morning when old men get up to pee.
• This was all just a dream. Patrick Duffy isn't really dead, he's just in the shower.
• Agatha had committed no game violation. Issue her a warning because she won't give you her phone number.
• This can't happen described. Noah cannot activate {Brain Gorger}'s madness ability because it not his turn.

As for the rest... Im not sure if i even have anything to say....

I'd say its the fourth one down. Yet you don't want to issue a warning for someone not giving you there phone number because that infringes on free will
