I threw this deck together 15 min before FNM. I let someone use it and it ended up in 2nd place. Some lucky draws but still. He didn't even have a sideboard.    Any thoughts?  Would grim return work and would dark prophecy be viable in here?

More Liliana (1BB) can never hurt.

I used to play a White-Black reanimated of sorts with rats. Hey, If you're going to ditch a card you might as well ditch Unburial Rites and big annoying creatures (ogre slum lord, griselbrand, angel of serenitiey).

You could also push for a more hand-controlling deck with mind rot, appetite for brains, or duress.
