The data on the {Disperse} card in the M14 says that the rarity is "special"...
Is this correct?

I think it was a promo included in the dotp 2014 booster back? I'm unsure, as I have yet to actually pick my pack up, because I can't find a store that still has them left

but as far as I know, Disperse is not actually in M14.

Can anyone confirm this for me?
