Can you use  {Myr Galvanizer}'s ability to untap the Myrs you tapped with  {Myr Battlesphere}?

This is correct - the battlesphere's "tap other myr" ability is a triggered ability that only occurs once each time it attacks. Once you use it one time, the trigger is done and can't be re-activated until triggered again (when it attacks again) even if more myr become available to tap.
