Not yet, but it will be implimented on the release of m14. And it's making a lot of people unhappy

In short: when a second legend of the same name enters under the same player's control, choose one. One goes to the graveyard and the other stays.

I suppose until then you could mimic a  {Restoration Angel} and blink her every turn
