I see what's going on here. Very clever... but if those blighted agents die, you're pretty much out of luck. I'd say try to fit in a {Artisan of Kozilek} or {The Unspeakable} if you have them.

Mintkid219

Well that's where I use the probes to check my opponents hand to see if the coast is clear or muddle or spell snare to counter

Mintkid219

I mean you trying to win turn 3 or 4 so they shouldn't have to much to stop you plus can also use the inkmoth nexus

Slenderbro

You have no red mana source... And you called this a mono blue. Why are there red cards?

Mikefrompluto

I see the synergy that {grozoth} and {dragonstorm} have with {blazing shoal} but I can't quite see what the {blasphemous act} is there for. Anyways, sweet deck. I like mono blue.

DYMongoose

Ahh, I forgot about the inkmoths. That helps.

It's quite clever. Cast {Grozoth} and search for a 9-cost card ({Blasphemous Act}). Cast {Blazing Shoal} by discarding the red {Blasphemous Act} to give an inkmoth or {Blighted Agent}10 power. 10 power unblockable creature with infect = game over.

Mikefrompluto

Ah silly me. I thought blasphemous was an {X}{R} for some reason. Yeah I saw the combo with shoal, dragonstorm, and grozoth but was perplexed by the blasphemous act. Makes sense now.

cause you can cast blazing shoal for "free" by ditching a red spell
