Now he can't touch you.

So, let's make it so if he hits any creatures on our side, it's a good thing.

{Stuffy Doll} can take a hit and smack your opponent for what was dealt to him, so no fear.
{Boros Reckoner} can survive Goblin Test Pilot's pings, so he works fine, too.
{Volatile Rig} is a gamble. Lose the gamble with one of the above on the field and KABOOM! You have a pseudo-field wipe and 8 to your opponent's face.

Any other ideas on how to break Goblin Test Pilot?

He's also good in a deck with lots of death triggers and morbid cards

Don't negate his ability, embrace it. Because let's face it, he's reliant on your draws if you want to use him and negate the negitive effects of his ability

Maybe a grixis morbid/death trigger deck?
