But Would a card in a graveyard count as "on the battlefield" for exemple using imtg://card?name=Phantasmal%20Image
On something that died earlier?

No, the Battlefield and Graveyard are two different places. So {Phantasmal Image} won't copy something that is dead, coz it would die too! Lol
