{Hand of the Praetors} seems a little slow, so I'd probably replace it with more pump spells. Ever considered {Vines of Vastwood}?

Oops, I misread {Hand of the Praetors}, thought it said whenever you cast a spell. How does that look?

Thanks, I wanted it to be a budget-ey deck or else I would have used fetches.
