I'm aware of the  {Cabal Coffers} and  {Urborg, Tomb of Yawgmoth} combo. Is there any other land combos like this?

Seriously though, mostly synergies like  {Dryad Arbor} and  {Oran-Rief, the Vastwood} are what youll find.
