Kaworu, the Fifth Child

So, I'm finally getting Dark Souls! No, not the second. I'm a half broke teenage kid. Geez. Thanks for reminding me. GOSH.

Back on topic!
So, I'm getting Dark Souls: Prepare To Die edition on Steam for 7 bucks (sale) and wanted to know, what do you guys think of it?

Walkhard

I truly loved the game. Don't let people tell you it's too hard or only for hardcore gamers and you fail if you die. I would suggest too watching the lrr playthroughs to get an idea of how the game works as it isn't always the most open. Also keep your shield up always! And praise the sun!

Darksouls fer dayz!

I'm getting I and II soon, look forward to spending hours trying and failing to not die.

Spencer Addington

I spent hours dying in the same exact spot, and, under the influence of a thing or two, I had the time of my life. Dying can be funny as hell or super frustrating depending on if you take the game seriously. I recommend you don't lol

in Fallout terms: "The game was rigged from the start."

Just remember, if you can't afford to lose your souls, might as well spend them. Death WILL happen.

lol, there are so many things that can kill you so easily that you can avoid by simply running around it. Fighting things may be more fun, but this game caters to cowards.

In case you have a 360 and didn't notice, if you have a Gold membership you can download Dark Souls for free this month.
that's how I got it. They actually marked the game as free a day before the games with gold ad was put up. I just stumbled across it.

Mlerner12

Is it sad I can't beat the first enemy?

Apathy Reactor

I have both now, I've beaten 5 bosses in DS2 and 3 bosses in DS1. 420PRAISEIT!
