First off, each creature you exile generates only 1 token, so you would only have second life zombies. Second place, rooftop makes it 0 to cast, but the manacost is still the same when checked by effects

You aren't casting the spell when you "pay it's mana cost." So rooftop storm doesn't apply. Amirite? 😜
