I think I am going to take a break from imtg, anyone whom I have trades with I will send out, I plan on starting my break this Friday. I will miss you al very much!

I'm actually going to do something similar. This crazy thing happened to me- my whole body went slightly numb. I looked it up, and it said it could be caused by lack of sleep. And yeah, I usually don't realize the time and do stuff on iMtg until like 11 pm. So I'm not going to post after 9:30. If I do, type at me in VERY LARGE UPPERCASE LETTERS until I stop posting. Thanks

When do you get up, Izik?

Rereading this, it sounds kinda creepy :P  What I mean is how many hours of sleep do you get a night?

Wake up at 6:40 for school, so about 8 hours. I'm 13 if that matters.

Hmm, ok.  Makes it seem kind of odd that I don't have many sleep-related problems.  I only get 5-6 hours a night.  I'm 17 and I think I've been like that since I was 13 though lol.  Maybe I just got used to it? 

Either way, getting more sleep is a good habit to get into!  I need to get myself doing that.  It's really beneficial, if you haven't found that out already :P.  Hope all goes well!

NO SLEEP TIL DEATH! Seriously though, I hate sleep. That's six hours i could spend doing something waaaayyyy better.

7-7.5 hours sleep is normal for an adult. Younger people can get away with less as they are able to recover quicker.

Continual lack of sleep results in sleep debt. Which is really fatigue and results in fatigue related stuff like accidents and not being as sharp as you could be.

Some studies have shown that fatigue can actually result in the same level of thing as being .05 BAC or more.

So in short. A good sleep before that big exam will be more beneficial than trying to cram study notes all night in the attempt you might remember them.

Pretty much, and I do everything possible on here at night, I've read all the front page threads in every category... I don't even know why, and with all the stress of high school I need a break
