If you were to play a non-creature sliver permanent while you had a  {Harmonic Sliver} in play, what exactly would tge result be? I assume the ability would fizzle upon resolution because the game checks whether the permanent is a sliver. Thoughts?

If its a sliver, it would go off. Slivers are slivers are slivers. What kind of non-creature sliver are you playing though? Can you give an example?
