I'm pretty sure this type if question has been asked before, but if one of the effects doesn't resolve due to say a creature being flickered, does the entire spell fizzle? Thanks for the help!

A spell is only countered if all of its targets are illegal before it resolves. If you choose all three options and two of them become illegal, the remaining one will still resolve.
