{Growing Ranks} would be amazing here, really able to take advantage of Rhys's token making abilities, and any other token elves you may have.

Other populate that would be great in this or any commander deck: {Sundering Growth}, {Trostani's Judgement}, and {Rootborn Defenses}

Another card to consider is {Coat of Arms}. EDH has relatively few tribal decks, so the odds of it helping an opponent is slimmed down a bit. They may get a few +2s or even +3s from it, but you will likely be getting much bigger bonuses out of it - potentially game-endingly large. But it has a lot to do with your play group. If your friends play lots of tribal EDH decks, coat of arms will get you killed haha
