Ill write the best way to stack the triggers
Captain enters
Trigger: cathar crusade
Trigger: 3 dudes
Pass priority
Resolve: 3 dudes enter
Trigger: cathar crusade(2)
Pass priority
Resolve:cathar(2)= 3 +1/+1 counters on all dudes
Resolve: cathar = 1 +1/+1 counter on all your dudes

If you stack it captian first with crusade on secod then the captain will get a counter before the other dudes enter there for they wont get that counter.
