Problem app !

Hy,
I buy this game before 3 months and i was very happy because its a very nice app.
Before 1 week ( 23 january 2013 ) i decided to buy the update for 9€ .
After 2 days, the app had to much problems like : i can't open the database & more ...
I switch off my Ipad 2-3 times but nothing helps .
I decided than to delete the app and install again.
Where is my update for 9€ I must buy again ?
