Notes:
Substitute {Watery Grave}s for anything you like for now.  Main idea is mill, then {Havengul Lich}.  {Codex Shredder} helps a lot turn one as it should, {Void Stalker} turn 2 spells doom for any bothersome creatures your opponent may have.  Please comment, and give ideas for the sideboard

Drop a Jace, you should only need two copies IMO. Also, drop the Psychic Spirals for some of the blue self-mill zombies.

I understand on dropping a Jace, but there is no reason to self mill in this deck, why would havengul target the cards from my deck when other decks have a large variety to choose from

{Hanvengul lich} falls short if they aren't playing the same colors as you. A {chromatic lantern} or two helps that though.

This looks quite mana intensive. Extra mana used for almost everything. I suggest looking for some acceleration of some sort. {chromatic lantern} helps a bit, but to get there you might need more help. Card draw would almost be as effective, as it will give you some extra possibities of things to play, and at the same time helping you not to miss a land drop till its game.
Just my 2c worth of observations. :)

I'll say that fog is a sideboard thing.  Because those {Labratory Maniac}, {Omniscience}, Enter The Infinite}, then infinite mana combo decks don't rely on combat damage, and that is starting to be a more recognized deck.  As far as splashing green goes, I may just not put in {Breeding Pool} and I may just rely on chromatic lantern.  Probably won't I'm not sure quite yet.  More feedback later, sideboard is coming together
