Totem armor, Trample

Does totem armor prevent the effects of trample. It says remove all damage, so Im unsure.

Trample damage would go through. Even if the damage doesn't kill the creature, if an attacker with trample is able to assign lethal damage to a creature, the rest goes to the defending player. Take {Fog Bank}, for example. Same thing.
