Yes

BlackJester

Tapping a creature doesn't remove it from combat.

{Hollowhenge Spirit}, but doesn't untap it.
{Lost in the Woods}, same.

Rass

Was thinking {maze of ith} +{geist of saint traft}

Ok, so taking out of the battlefield and especific effects remove from combat. Anything else?

P.S. the maze doesn't remove from combat, only prevents damage. Effects that require combat, be blocked or to block still apply as normal

So, can I  tap a creature to use an ability of that creature when it is declared an attacker and has vigilance?
