When detention sphere enters the battlefield and I target a token he has 3 others same type then he cloudsshifts the token which kills it and it doesn't reappear but the question does detention sphere then fizzle or does it gobble up all the orginal targets

If I am not mistaken, {Detention Sphere}s trigger fizzles, but the enchantment stays on the BF.

This is correct. The wording on the sphere targets a single object and then effects other objects with a shared characteristic. So if you lose the target then the sphere has no refence material to effect the other objects.
