I want to point out all these instants and sorceries people mentioned don't actually hit the battlefield...

{Icy Manipulator}. That card was annoying back in the day. If the person controlling it also had swamps, AAAALLLLL my removal was held in hand In case a wild {Royal Assassin} appeared.

I hated {prodigal sorcerer} back then too cuz I played a lot of {G} and that guy would {grapeshot} my mana dorks

I played this deck in ABUR time period. It was awesome. {Nether Shadows} for recurring blockers, {Black Knight}s and {Sengir Vampire}s to get in there.

I loved it. Might rebuild it for S&Gs.
