Could you use a different colored card in a different colored deck for example could I use a black planes walker, creatur, or spell with no swamps out to tap for them

in edh no, in any other format sure?

Mikefrompluto

If you had something else that could produce any color mana, then sure. Examples would be {axebane guardian}, {chromatic lantern}, {gilded lotus}, plus tons of others outside of the standard format.

Birdbrain

Of color cards can be a nasty surprise for opponent. I would say, if you can find a way of doing this, do so...hmm. I think I want to build a deck that throws off color high powered cards with effects. {braids, conjurer adept}, {elvish piper} and {djinn of wishes} are good examples of cards that can do this

Blaze2100

I had a green kamigawa snake deck that produced whatever color mana I wanted and I ramped into 3 of the myojin. Nobody ever expected them

{Jhoira of the Ghitu} and reanimation cards are fun with off color bombs

Gorzo

{Birthing Pod} is another good example of a popular deck known for containing off-color cards. {Reanimate} decks, too.

Commander aside, you can put any card of any color in your deck, so long as that card is legal in the format you are playing in. As long as you can find a way to get it on the battlefield, it doesn't matter if you have a certain color of land or not! Sure, you can have a {Blazing Archon} in your deck with no plains! You'll need a trick like {Quicksilver Amulet} or any of the above mentioned strategies to get it onto the battlefield, but its allowed, absolutely!

That being said, under normal circumstances, you must pay mana in order to cast spells. If this is the part that is confusing you, please check out the basic rule book and learn to play guides to learn about how to tap lands for mana, and use mana to cast spells.
