Can I cast  {Gravecrawler} from gy on an opponents turn? And second, can I  {Naturalize} something like a  {Tormod's Crypt} after they tap itb effort sacing it to exile my gy?

No to both.

First, no. You must cast it on your turn. And as for the crypt, since sacrificing it is part of the cost, I believe you could respond to it by destroying it before it goes off.

Edit: I was beaten :(

Awww why not there's a  {Sensei's Divining Top} and  {Voltaic Key} combo that does  the same thing basicly stack wise tap one to Untap the other before it goes back on top of library I figured you could

That's what I thought considering stacks abuse with last combo I mentioned

Yeah Maximo is right on this one. The ability will go on the stack, but destroying the crypt won't remove it's ability from the stack (especially since the cost destroys the crypt itself). Sorry, it won't work.

Can you elaborate on that one? Doesn't sound right...

Tap  {Sensei's Divining Top} to draw a card then before drawing you use  {Voltaic Key} to Untap the top so it dosent get put back on your library... I've used this move playing aginst my lgs judge in commander and he says its a legal move

Double-O-Scotch

How's that a legal move? You can't get the card draw without the rest of the ability resolving. Namely, putting the top on top of your library.

In addition, sacrificing {Tormod's Crypt} is part of it's cost along with tapping (both are before the colon). If it is being tapped and the effect added to the stack, it is already sacrificed (neither tapping nor sacrificing use the the stack) and is therefore gone and not there to be targeted by a {naturalize}.

However you could flicker or boomerang the Top to prevent it from going to the top of ur library, right?

Allow me to lend the simplest gavel ever.

:

Everything before it is a cost, until those conditions are met the ability is not on the stack and there for can not be responded to.

Everything after that colon is the effect and does not happen till priority has been passed back to the controller of the spell (meaning the opposing player or players gets their rightful chance to respond).

The word "cast" means all rules apply. Creature at sorcery speed regardless of where you cast it from.

This only changes when it is part of a grander effect usually on a different card. If the rules change for the same card it will state one of two things: 1st A trigger or condition that must be met such as miracles or 2nd a blatant statement saying the rules are different.
