 {Memory Lapse} and  {Temporal Spring} work quite well, but where does  {Stunted Growth} come in? Before or after the previous two?

I guess you could wait for a game changing card to be played by your opponent and counter it w memory lapse. Then use the others to bury it 5 turns deep in their library to get more time. As far as knowing what they're gonna draw stunted growth doesn't reveal the cards from their hand before they go on top of the library.
