I like it a lot. I would suggest dropping {Funeral Charm} for {Raven's Crime}.
Other than that it looks very solid. Maybe run a {Lashwrith} or {Vampire Nighthawk}.

The reason I like running charm over crime is because at my local store a lot of the modern players play delver, and Charm is a good answer to a T1 delver maindeck

{Gravecrawler} only works in a deck that ACTUALLY has lots of zombies. Even with 4 or crawler I would only have 7
