If an opponent has an  {Elvish Archdruid} in play and brings in a 1/1 elf token can I use an  {Electrickery} to kill the token before the +1/+1 from the Druid kicks in?

No. The Archdruid's ability is static. By the time the Elf enters, it's already a 2/2.
