There are one or two dragon decks posted around here. Lots of ways you could go.

{sarkhan the mad} would go great in a dragon deck though I only like his minus abilitys not his 0 ability

I recommend (4) {Volcanic Dragons}, (1-2) {Furyborn Hellkite}, (2){Crucible Of Fire}, (4) {Dragonskull Summit}, and (2) {Balefire Dragon} to get you started.

I'd toss in some cheap cannon fodder, {Goblin Arsonist} or {Mogg War Martial} to chump until the Dragons come.  Then you can accel with {Infernal Plunge} or eat them with {Voracious Dragon} or {Predator Dragon}

Don't forget your {Dragonstorm}s and {Kilnmouth Dragon}s

Play {Sarkhan Vol} first, get him to die by his Ultimate putting 5 x 4/4 dragons into play, then cast {Sarkhan the Mad} FTW.
