Losing life vs damage

Is losin life the same as damage ie my opponent has { sanguine bond} and { equisite blood} if I get hit with a { lightning bolt} do I lose the game

Although anything that like this will cause a draw due to an unstoppable infinite loop.
There is however a red or black creature that when it deals damage to someone that player cant gain life. It would work best in this case i think.
Ignore the draw part i misthought.
Exquisite wont trigger with the emperion.
Still a draw with the angel.

My playgroup calls it double headed dragon. Have for as long as I have played.
