Deck help

Me and my friends dont really play alot of fnm tournaments. We basically just play with people outside of the main tourney.
But i want to give it a shot! And i want to do it with my Bug zombie deck.
Now, i want to know everything about standard and the meta. I know very little and its not enough. What should i add to my deck in these colours? And what can i expect from other colours?
Run me down about all the important details!
