Works pretty well! Only flaw is Ghostly is still vulnerable to non-combat damage. If you don't care about the flying clause, you can swap it for {Indestructibility}.

And since the enchanted creature takes damage now, wouldn't it be a shame if it were a {Spitemare}? ;)
