 {Hinterland Harbor} would help a lil bit. Also if price doesn't matter  {Hallowed Fountain} just to help the mana base

Price is an issue

 {Fencing Ace},  {Silverblade Paladin}, and  {Curiosity}.  Giving double strike to beefed up stalker can be brutal. I know you said money is an issue but  {Geist of Saint Traft} is amazing in bant.

Also, I think you might be able to drop down to 23 lands.
