When it says "untap that creature", does that mean the creature basically gains vigilance until end of turn?

scarsabrex

no if you got another combat phase the creature would still have to tap itself.

Nobbert

So what's the point of it saying that then?

Yeah I mean that's what I was implying in my original post.
I was assuming we understood there would be only one combat phase. -_-

BlackJester

Because giving a creature vigilance AFTER it has attacked is pretty pointless. 😜

I said BASICALLY
like in layman's terms
GUH

BlackJester

{Godsire}

There's a difference.

Nobbert

Okay I know this but it was easier than typing " the targeted creature attacks, then is untapped after attacking from the bazar's ability"

BlackJester

So what was your original question?

Were you just making an observation that its like vigilance?

Maximo

The creature will tap from attacking, then untap when targeted by the Krovod. this is important to some cards. It's different than vigilance because a Vigilance creature never taps in the first place.

And if you're asking what the point of playing it is, it'll put a big butt on another attacker so he's harder to block, and hang him back for. Wxt turn to block.

Sort of. I was asking if my observation was correct

Fenster

Technically no.
But yes it would be similar to a situation including vigilance.

BlackJester

It's LIKE vigilance, but there are differences  worth noting. These have already been mentioned.
