First strike and multiple blockers

So I got a first strike 4/2, gets blocked by two 2/2s, first strike takes out first blocker, do I then have first strike against 2nd blocker, so taking both out before the 2nd blocker can take my 4/2 out?
My question sounds easier to explain in my head!!!!
