Rusted relic + arrest

If my {rusted relic} is a creature from its metalcraft and my opponent casts {arrest} on it and it eventually loses the metalcraft if I drop to 1 or 2 artifacts does the {arrest} fall off?

Thats right. As soon as it stops being a creature, {Arrest} falls off.
