Thats gay. You would think they would be a little more laid back in a casual format. I mean it's freaking edh. It was made to bring out the max creativity in players, so to limit them is retarded. Plus who cares what wizards has to say on this ge type, they only got involved to make extra money. I say curse em. It's not hurting anyone to play basic lands but they only tap for colorless. So I say live your dreams bro and if someone has the audacity to be a douche nozzle and call you out on it, you can send them to me and I'll personally tell them to run off and to eat sourkraut.
