Red vampires

If I have the vampires that get bigger ala {stromkirk noble} and I have multiple {rakish heir}, do they stack? Like more than one +1/+1 counter would be out on the noble?

Each ability triggers seperatly - so an {stromkirk noble} giving damage - with two of the other creatures, Would give it (+3,+3).

Then add double strike for even more +1/+1
