Curse combo question

If there's a {curse of thirst}, {curse of bloodletting} x2, and 2 other curses on my opponent how much damage does he take?

I'm thinking 5X2X2 so 20 damage total ftw

Also what if there was a second curse of thirst in the mix, would the damage equal out to 48? Or does it resolve differently?
