Does any one know if there is anything standard that is as good as {Whipflare} and has a cheap mana cost and Is at a budget cost....

Sorry in standard right now reds only sweepers are {Whipflare}, {slagstorm}, and {bonfire of the damned}.

It's a sorcery and it hits your own creatures too, but if there's 8 creatures on the field it only costs 1 mountain =P
