Overseas trades not arriving

What should be done? I made a trade with someone almost 2 months ago in Germany and neither parties have received our end of the trade and or original cards sent out have not been returned to us either.

Check i am really Pissed too due to the fact that it was a pretty valueable trade.

So i checked with the Post Office and my stuff got Bounced back but i Never got it back due to the fact that i moved and changed my address. But i Sent it out right away with Express so it should be with you within the next week or two. I am really Sorry for all this inconvinence.
