Honestly. That depends. You could sideboard it or some others that could replace it. I run {Ranger's Guile} for the Hexproof. So I can cast it in response to a {Doom Blade}, etc, to make it an illegal target. It's all about play style. If you're running alot of buffs like I am. I would say Ranger's Guile is better than Joint Assault. Then again it depends like I said, on how you want to play. After the first game, you could side board in the joint assault in place of the Ranger's guile if you're opponent isn't running removal or kill cards, so you can get a little bit more of an edge on him/her.

Rotwolf may be playable with rancor.

Putrefax in the board maybe as a solid finisher after they've wrath'd.

Guile might be better suited for a board slot. I think it'll be useless in many current matchups.

I had {Livewire Lash} in here and replaced it with rancor.
