Also are they hard to come by?

Can't use'em at sanctioned events unless "Snow sets" are legal (Ice Age, Alliances, Cold Snap)

Otherwise, I don't think they're too hard to come by.

because even though they are very similar to regular basic lands they are not regular basic lands considering they produce snow mana. And if you think that's fine i guess my {hill giant} s are basically the same as my {tor giant}s if i was playing ice age block format.
