Ok let's say I have a card that taps other creatures to use its ability, say {Heritage Druid}. If I play an elf on my turn can I then tap it for {Heritage Druid}s ability? I read the summoning sickness rule and it said that a creature can't use an ability with tap or untap in its cost first turn. Well since its not said creatures ability, can they be tapped first turn out?

scarsabrex

yes also the rules specificly say the tap an untap symbol so say {voice of the woods} could tap itself on the turn you cast it as well.

Thorn

Yes because the elf is not using an ability.
{Heritage Druid} is the one doing the work.
(I'm not sure though)

So based on this logic, can {Heritage Druid} tap itself the first turn it comes out as well?

scarsabrex

yes as long as you have 2 other yntapped elves to unite with.

Jake, Fart Sculptor

Legacy elf combo wouldn't work w/o it
