They are designing stuff 2 years ahead. It was designed in 2010, they were not thinking about banning JTMS yet, let alone Snapcaster.

Is that why M13 contains {Angel's Mercy}, {Evolving Wilds}, {Prey Upon}, {Walking Corpse}, {Divination}? They just got printed in Innistrad block.

You'd think they would have discussed it.

Ugh, really? {Evolving Wilds} is probably the worst slap in the face. They couldn't even have given us {Terramorphic Expanse} instead to let us pretend they weren't giving us the exact same thing immediately again.
