Does protection from black in example protect from card like { tragic slip}  { doom blade} etc . ?

They aren't legal targets to begin with since black spells cannot target the creature that. Has protection.

Will misspoke. Yes. Pro black will stop the cards. You arent able to target the pro creature.

to add:

If a creature doesnt have pro black and u Doom Blade it but in response they gave it pro black, your doom blade will fizzle because u have now a illegal target

{glamerdye} on the creature to change protection to white. Then do blade hits

yes but u must wait for the pro giving spell to resolve to cast it.
