No not at all.  The reason I made this question was because my opponent had a mikaeus and had it out with zero counters and was only staying alive because of his elesh Norn so when I went for the copy I had to break the bad news to him and he wasn't very convinced.

wait even then the ruling is negligible, once both eleshes die mikaeus isn't being buffed either.
