Kokusho in EDH

Kokusho is listing as banned in EDH. While he is banned as a General...he is no longer banned in decklists.

I hope this is the right place to address this.

Same with {Erayo, Soratami Ascendant}. I'm not sure that the database can understand a cards "Commander-ness"
