Ok so my commander deck uses Rhys the redeemed as general, and I infinite combo all the time so long as I get umbral mantle.     Take
Priest of titania or elvish archdruid or wire wood channeler

Plus essence warden

Plus of course rhys

And umbral mantle

You get infinite life, infinite elves, and infinite mana, not to mention infinite power and toughness on your tap creatures. I have also used sky shroud poacher with this a few times to fish out every elf in my deck lol

Much easier way to do this.  Staff of domination + priest of Titania or elvish archdruid plus any 4 other elves and you can freely abuse all of the staff abilities, personally I use it to draw for a game winning hurricane

{Squall Line} is a nice instant speed {Hurricane} as well.
