Am I going crazy?

I cannot update the database on the app and haven't been able to for a while. Is the server dead or something? Is this an abandoned project? I have paid multiple times for server subscriptions and the whole lot and all of that stuff. It keeps saying the server is up to date but... it's not. I love this app and hope it's not dead.
